In this topic we are going to cover how you can create a design or modify the appearance of your existing recommendations widgets. 

You can manage your designs under Channels > Web > Designs page.

By default you may find some premade designs here. You can create a new one, or clone and modify the existing ones. 



1. Click on any of the designs to edit or click 'Add New' at the top right corner.
2. As you may see there are a lot of options to tailor the design to your needs.

Here are some editing options you most likely want to do: 
  • Edit the general dimensions of your design such as: Size, Font Size and Color, Choose between carousel and static box, Alignment.... 
  • Edit your layout (number of boxes for example) and Title of your box under (like: Frequently Bought Together) the 'Layout' tab.
  • Add or remove elements - you can add new or remove existing fields that your product feed contains under the 'Build Elements' tab.
  • You can edit the appearance those added elements separately under the 'Design Elements' tab

Save your edits.

If your edited design being used under a live touchpoint Saving it will automatically update it on your site.

If you made a brand new design you can add it to your touchpoint from the Channels > Web > Touchpoints . Click on the touchpoint you'd like to edit or add new at the top right corner. Save it and you can Go live right after that.
